Delivery and Returns

1. Definitions
This website is operated by Ivy Energy Saving Limited (referred to as "we\our\us"). As user of this website (referred to as "you\your") you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make ("use\using") is subject to our terms and conditions.
2. Delivery
2.1 Standard delivery is within seven working days to UK mainland addresses.
2.2 Notwithstanding 2.1 we will always dispatch orders as soon as possible following receipt of a completed order.
2.3 If for any reason we are not able to fulfil the delivery within the standard time, we will contact you by email to make alternative arrangements. You will also be given, at this time, the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
2.4 We will deliver to the address provided as your billing address unless you indicate otherwise. If you choose to request delivery an address other than the address to which your debit/credit charge is registered we may have to undertake additional security checks.
2.5 We only deliver to UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to northern Scotland addresses may take longer.
3. Returns
3.1 We are confident you will be delighted with the quality of our goods, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the items within 30 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase prices. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3.2 Returned items should be replaced in the original packaging to return wherever possible and sent to:
